Medical Molding:
Biomerics is a custom molder of components for use in medical device and healthcare applications. They have 25 injection molding machines, up to 950 tons. Each month they manufacturer over half a million parts for medical customers and are experts in scientific molding, over molding, insert molding, and automation processes.

Medical Extrusions:
Biomerics specializes in the rapid development of high performance medical tubing for in vivo applications. We specialize in co-extrusion, multi-lumen tubing, bump tubing, polyimide tubing, and jacketing. The combination of our material and extrusion capabilities, enable us to quickly develop and commercialize innovative solutions for many of the world leading medical companies.

Medical Devices:
Biomerics offers a full range of manufacturing services to build finished medical devices.  Manufacturing capabilities include injection molding, extrusion, welding, tipping, pad printing, soldering, bonding, assembly, and packaging services. Medical devices are produced in ISO 13485 registered clean rooms under the highest medical standards.
